رابطه ابعاد مختلف عدالت سازمانی با کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای کوچک

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه بحث جهانی شدن و افزایش رقابت، کیفیت و غیره، دولتها و سازمانها را با چالشهای جدیدی روبرو نموده است. از جمله راههای مقابله با این چالشها، متوسل شدن به کارآفرینی و توسعه آن از طریق شرکتهای کوچک است که با مشخصات مربوط به خود نقش اساسی در اقتصاد کشورها برعهده دارند. مطالعات نشان می دهد این شرکتها نیز برای فعالیت با مشکلاتی روبرو هستند. از طرفی کارآفرینی به دست نیروی انسانی سازمان صورت می گیرد و یکی از موضوعاتی که همواره همراه انسان بوده و هست، بحث عدالت است. مطالعه عدالت در سازمانها که عدالت سازمانی نامیده می شود، دارای ابعاد چهارگانه عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویه ای، عدالت بین فردی و عدالت اطلاعاتی می باشد. در این تحقیق کارآفرینی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی به ترتیب متغیر مستقل و وابسته فرض شده اند و رابطه هریک از ابعاد عدالت سازمانی با کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای کوچک مورد سنجش قرارگرفته است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه ها نشان می دهدکه همه ابعاد چهارگانه عدالت سازمانی دارای رابطه معنادار و مثبت با کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکتهای مذکور می باشند و در این راستا پیشنهاداتی نیز ارائه گردیده است.
