بررسی نقش اخلاق کار بررفتار سازمانی مثبت بر مبنای مدل فرد لوتانز (CHOSE) (مطالعه موردی گروه 22 توپخانه شهرضا)

ملخص المقالة :
به دلایل ضعف مدیریتی و بهره گیری از الگوهای غیرانسانی برای حل مسائل انسانی یکی از مشکلاتی که امروزه کارکنان با آن مواجه اند مشکلات اخلاقی است. در سال های اخیر در واکنش به این وضعیت سازمان ها استراتژی هایی چون تدوین ضوابط اخلاقی برای هدایت کارکنان در پیش گرفته اند. سازمان ها امیدوارند تا از این طریق سلامت اخلاقی سازمان را افزایش و فساد را کاهش دهند. علاوه بر ایجاد و ساخت رفتارهای اخلاقی، یکی دیگر از چالش های موجود در سازمان ها فراهم کردن جوی است که باعث تقویت رفتارهای مثبت در بین کارکنان گردد که فرد لوتانز از این رفتارهای مثبت به نام رفتار سازمانی مثبت یاد می کند که مرتبط با اصول اخلاقی موجود در سازمان ها است. در این مقاله پنج بعد اساسی رفتار سازمانی مثبت شامل اعتماد به نفس، امید، خوش بینی، آرامش ذهن و هوش احساسی و تأثیر آن بر اخلاق کار مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است، نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده های آماری نشان می دهد که ضریب همبستگی در سطح 05/0 P≤بین مولفه های پنج گانه فوق و اخلاق کار رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد، همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان می دهد، مولفه دلبستگی به کار به تنهایی 35 درصد واریانس خوش بینی، آرامش ذهنی و هوش احساسی را تبیین می نماید، میزان تأثیر اخلاق کار بر رفتار سازمانی مثبت در سطح 05/0 P≤ معنی دار و برابر 74 درصد می باشد. در پایان پیشنهادات کاربردی نیز ارایه شده است.
