ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه بین سلامت سازمانی و بهره وری کارکنان شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در سال 1391 می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از حیث هدف کاربردی می باشد. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش، شامل کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز به تعداد 745 نفر می باشد. روش نمونه گیری در این مطالعه تصادفی طبقه ای بوده که از طریق جدول نمونه گیری مورگان به تعداد 254 نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل دو پرسشنامه بهره وری و سلامت سازمانی می باشد که پرسشنامه بهره وری به صورت محقق ساخته بوده، که بر اساس مدل اچیو طراحی شده و حاوی شاخص های (اعتبار تصمیمات، شناخت شغلی، بازخورد عملکرد، سازگاری با محیط، رضایت از محل کار و انگیزه) می باشد. و پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی استاندارد بوده و برای سنجش ابعاد مختلف سلامت سازمانی از نظر پارسونز شامل: یگانگی نهادی، نفوذ مدیر، ملاحظه گری، ساخت دهی، پشتیبانی و حمایت منابع، روحیه و تأکید علمی با محیط می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها پس از تست نرمال بودن با استفاده از آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنف، از آزمون T تک گروهی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان می دهد که بهره وری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در حد متوسط به بالا بوده و به عبارتی نسبتا مطلوب می باشد ولی سلامت سازمانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز پایین تر از حد متوسط بوده و به عبارتی نامطلوب می باشد. همچنین بین مؤلفه های سلامت سازمانی (یگانگی نهادی، نفوذ مدیر، ملاحظه گری، ساخت دهی، پشتیبانی و حمایت منابع، روحیه و تأکید علمی) و بهره وری کارکنان شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز رابطه وجود دارد.
