ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر ویژگیهای روانشناختی کارآفرینان بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور میباشد. در این پژوهش نمونه مورد نظر از بین دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد (ورودی 1391) رشتههای کارآفرینی دانشکده کارآفرینی دانشگاه تهران انتخاب شده است. حجم جامعه مورد تحقیق 420 نفر میباشد که براساس فرمول نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب،80 نفر به عنوان نمونه معرف در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. روش آماری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، رگرسیون چندگانه میباشد که سهم هریک از مولفههای روانشناختی را در پیشبینی کارآفرینی مشخص میکند. یافته های به دست آمده از این تحقیق نشان میدهد که بین هریک از مولفههای ویژگیهای روانشناختی و کارآفرینی رابطة معناداری وجود دارد که از طریق آن میتوان تاثیرات کارآفرینی بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور را پیشبینی کرد.
