مدل سازی شاخصهای سنجش تاب آوری تأمین کنندگان با رویکرد خبره محورتفسیری:گامی درجهت افزایش بهروهوری صنعت قطعهسازی خودرو

ملخص المقالة :
در دنیای کسب و کار امروزی، رقابت شدید میان شرکتها باعث شده تا آنها در شرایط عدم اطمینان فعالیت کنند که همین امر باعث مواجه شدن آنها با ریسکهای متفاوتی میشود. ریسکها آثار منفی بر زنجیره تأمین شرکتها داشته و میتواند منجر به کاهش سودآوری و مزیت رقابتی شوند. همچنین گسترده شدن و متراکمتر شدن شبکه روابط در زنجیره تأمین از سویی و اجتناب ناپذیر بودن برخی اختلالات از سوی دیگر، باعث میشود تا سنجش و ارزیابی تأمینکنندگان اهمیت دوچندانی بیابد. بنابراین بایستی به تاب آوری به عنوان توانایی تأثیرپذیری کمتر از اختلالات و نیز توانایی در بازیابی اختلالات در میان تأمین کنندگان توجه بیشتری شود. از این رو هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و سطحبندی شاخصهای سنجش تاب آوری تأمینکنندگان گروه صنعتی اورند با بهرهگیری از روشهای ترکیبی دلفی فازی و مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری میباشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که از میان 27 شاخص شناسایی شده از تئوری تحقیق، 16 شاخص با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی ونظرات تیم 10 نفره خبرگان تأیید شدند. در ادامه با استفاده از تکنیک مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری به سطح بندی شاخصهای مورد نظر در این صنعت و ارائه مدل سلسله مراتبی پژوهش پرداخته شد. نتایج این تکنیک نشان داد شاخصهای سنجش تاب آوری تأمین کنندگان در 5 سطح جای گرفتند که شاخص زمان تأخیر در بالاترین سطح و تأثیرپذیرترین عامل شناخته شد. همچنین شاخص قدرت مالی تأمین کننده به عنوان تأثیرگذارترین عامل در پایینترین سطح جای گرفت.
