بررسی رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری، توانمندسازی روان شناختی و تأثیر تعاملی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی بر بهره وری کارکنان شهرداری زاهدان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری، توانمندسازی روان شناختی و تاثیر تعاملی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی بر بهره وری کارکنان شهرداری منطقه زاهدان است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش راکلیه کارکنان اداری شهرداری مرکز و مناطق 2،1و 3 شهر زاهدان به تعداد 257 تشکیل می دهد. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان(1971) 155 نفر محاسبه شد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه می باشد. برای گردآوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد کیفیت زندگی کاری، توانمندسازی روان شناختی و بهره وری استفاده شد. داده های به دست آمده از پرسشنامه ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از طریق آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون گام به گام، رگرسیون همزمان و تحلیل واریانس چند راهه با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 16.5 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان می دهد که همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین کلیه ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری و توانمندسازی روان شناختی با بهره وری کارکنان وجود دارد. در رگرسیون گام به گام بعد فرصت رشد و امنیت مداوم و بعد تاثیرگذاری بهترین توان پیش بینی کنندگی بهره وری را داشتند. از بین متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی تنها تعامل جنس× سابقه خدمت و تعامل سن × جنس منجر به تفاوت میانگین نمرات افراد (کارکنان) در مورد بهره وری شده است.
