تأثیر سرمایه انسانی بر بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید در ایران

ملخص المقالة :
بهبود بهره وری به عنوان یکی از کارآمدترین روش های افزایش نرخ رشد اقتصادی مورد توجه بیشتر برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران در کشورهای مختلف بوده است و در این خصوص سرمایه گذاری زیادی کرده اند. در مقاله حاضر، اثر سرمایه انسانی، درجه باز بودن تجاری و تورم روی بهره وری کل عوامل تولید در ایران طی سال های 1355-1391 بررسی شده است. ابتدا بهره وری کل عوامل تولید با استفاده از شاخص مالم کوئیست محاسبه شده، سپس اثر عوامل مؤثر بر بهره وری کل عوامل تولید با استفاده از روش هم انباشتگی جوهانسون-جوسیلیوس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می دهد که سرمایه انسانی اثر مثبتی روی بهره وری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاکی است که درجه باز بودن تجاری اثر مثبت و تورم اثر منفی بر بهره وری دارد.
