ملخص المقالة :
هدف این مقاله آسیب شناسی و تعیین موانع نهادینه سازی نظامهای مدیریتی، پس از استقرار آنها در سازمان ها می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکت پالایش نفت تبریز می باشد که نمونه ای مشتمل بر 94 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیده است. موانع نهادینه سازی به دو گروه موانع انسانی و موانع سازمانی تقسیم شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که اهمیت و تأثیر موانع انسانی در مقایسه با موانع سازمانی بیشتر است. همچنین در مجموعه موانع انسانی، عامل عدم جاری سازی بند رضایتمندی کارکنان در خط مشی نظامهای مدیریتی بعنوان مهمترین مانع شناخته شد.
