طراحی الگوی رفاهی کارکنان ادارات ثبت اسناد و املاک به منظور ارتقای کارایی و موفقیت (باتأکید بر استان آذربایجان شرقی)

ملخص المقالة :
بهرهوری نیروی انسانی یکی از دغدغه های اصلی مدیران سازمان ها است و همواره در صدد شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن هستند که امور رفاهی کارکنان یکی از این عوامل است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی مؤلفه های امور رفاهی کارکنان ثبت اسناد و املاک استان آذربایجان شرقی به منظور ارائۀ الگوی مناسب می باشد. رویکرد پژوهش از نوع کیفی است که با استفاده از راهبرد فراترکیبی وروش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، 110 عنوان از مقالات، پایان نامه ها و کتب داخلی و خارجی در فاصله زمانی 2015 تا 2022 (1394-1400) می باشد که از این تعداد 56 مورد که سنخیت بیشتری با هدف تحقیق حاضر داشتند- به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب، کدگذاری و طبقه بندی و سپس مضامین اصلی استخراج، تلفیق، بازاندیشی و بازآرایی شده اند. یافته ها نشان می دهند که الگوی رفاهی در سه بعد ذهنی، عینی و اجتماعی قابل طبقه بندی است؛ به طوری که مضامین اصلی رفاه ذهنی شامل مقوله های دوازده گانه، رفاه عینی شامل مقوله های هشت گانه و رفاه اجتماعی شامل مقوله های دوازده گانه می باشد. توجه به ابعاد مختلف امور رفاهی کارکنان ادارۀ ثبت بیش از پیش ضرورت داشته و می توان با استفاده از الگوی طراحی شده برای رفاه کارکنان، زمینه های مناسبی برای سلامتی و رضایت شغلی آنان فراهم کرد و از این طریق بهرهوری آنان را افزایش داد.
