بررسی شاخصهای کلیدی ارزیابی نوآوری در سازمانهای تولید محور

ملخص المقالة :
نوآوری میتواند منبع مزیت رقابتی برای شرکتها باشد. بنابراین شناخت و ارزیابی نوآوری در صنایع تولیدی و خدماتی، گامی مؤثر برای شروع سنجش نوآوری در این صنایع است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، شناخت ابعاد و شاخصهای کلیدی برای اندازهگیری این نوآوریها، دارای اهمیت بالایی است. هدف این تحقیق پرداختن به هر یک از شاخصهای اصلی نوآوری سازمانی است و مزایا و معایب ذاتی استقرار آنها را بهطور جداگانه مورد بحث قرار میدهد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از بررسی پیشینة موضوع و نظرات 15 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و خبرگان صنایع تولیدی، 10 شاخص به عنوان مهمترین شاخصهای کلیدی ارزیابی نوآوری در سه دسته کلی ورودی، میانجی و خروجی دستهبندی شدهاند. بهمنظور ارزیابی و اولویتبندی مهمترین شاخصهای ارزیابی نوآوری از یک تحلیل کمی غیرخطی مبتنی بر تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (روش میخایلوف) در محیط فازی و برای تحلیل روابط علی و معلولی از روش دیمتل فازی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که حضور افراد با دانش و رشد آموزش پراهمیتترین شاخص در ارزیابی نوآوری است و بنابراین با تأکید و توجه ویژه بر این شاخص میتوان رشد فزاینده ای را در زمینه نوآوری در سازمان شاهد بود. میزان تلاش برای ثبت پتنت و همین طور تعداد پتنتهای ثبتشده نیز یکی از دیگر شاخصهای پراهمیت در زمین ارزیابی نوآوری است که بهمنظور توسعه نوآوری در سازمانها باید حمایت ویژهای از آنها صورت پذیرد. همچنین حفاظت از نوآوری در حین دوره رشد میتواند اهمیت بالایی در ایجاد فضای امن و همین طور بالا رفتن آرامش افراد فناور در سازمانهای نوآور داشته باشد. تحلیل روابط علی و معلولی با استفاده از روش دیمتل نیز نشان داد که توسعه سرمایههای دانشی و افراد تحصیلکرده دارای بالاترین تأثیر بر سایر عوامل است که تأییدکننده تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجامشده است.
