مدل چابکسازی زنجیره تأمین سازمانهای پروژه محور (مطالعه موردی: قرارگاه سازندگی خاتمالانبیا(ص) )

ملخص المقالة :
زنجیره تأمین چابک توانایی فائق آمدن بر بازارهای پویا و چالشهای محیطی را دارد. هدف این پژوهش چابک سازی زنجیره تأمین سازمان های پروژه محور است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان منتخب باسابقه قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم الانبیاء(ص) میباشد. نمونه آماری شامل پنج شرکت قرارگاه است که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. همچنین از سه پرسش نامه استفاده شده است. تأیید روایی پرسشنامهها توسط 35نفر از خبرگان منتخب جامعه آماری انجام شده است. همچنین جهت بررسی پایایی پرسش نامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 841/0، 810/0 و 792/0 برای 3 پرسش نامه، به دست آمد. در فاز شناسایی اولیه ابعاد و مؤلفههای مؤثر در زنجیره تأمین چابک سازمانهای پروژه محور، از پرسش نامه اول و برای شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای نهایی، از پرسش نامه دوم استفادهشده است. در ادامه با بهرهگیری از روشهای تجزیه و تحلیل آمار استنباطی و نرمافزارهای SPSS و EXCEL، 32 مؤلفه (در 5 بعد) بهعنوان مؤلفههای اصلی چابک سازی زنجیره تأمین سازمانهای پروژه محور قطعی گردیدند. همچنین از فن دیمتل جهت تعیین روابط مؤلفههای احصا شده (بر اساس پرسش نامه سوم) بهره گرفته شد. نرمافزار Amos-18 برای برازش مدل بهدستآمده و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. مؤلفههای منتخب در ابعاد شایستگی، سرعت، تابآوری و فناوری اطلاعات دستهبندی شدند. پس از تعیین روابط این ابعاد با چابک سازی و با یکدیگر، مدل چابکی زنجیره تأمین با برازش خوب به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد ابعاد تابآوری و فناوری اطلاعات و زیر مؤلفههایشان، مؤثرترین مؤلفهها در چابک سازی و ابعاد سرعت و شایستگی در مراتب بعدی قرار دارند.
