رویکرد پویایی سیستم برای ارزیابی عملکرد پایداری شیوه های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج در صنعت قطعه سازی خودرو

ملخص المقالة :
به دلیل رشد فشارهای جهانی برای پایدارتر شدن صنایع، سازمانها مجبور شدهاند شیوههای جدید مدیریتی را در تمامی سطوح سازمانی برای دستیابی به پایداری در زنجیره تأمین اجرا نمایند. شیوههای جدید مدیریتی باید ازنظر ارزیابی عملکرد پایداری مورد سنجش قرار گیرند. هدف این مقاله، بررسی رفتار پویای شیوههای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج و تأثیرشان بر عملکرد پایداری در زنجیره تأمین قطعهسازی خودرو است. در این مقاله، از دیمتل فازی و فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای فازی برای اولویتبندی شیوههای لارج مبتنی بر ارزیابی خبرگان استفاده شده است و رویکرد یکپارچه از شیوههای لارج ارائه گردید و درنهایت برای ارزیابی عملکرد پایداری شیوههای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج از رویکرد پویایی سیستم استفاده شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد که سناریوهای بهبود در اجرای مدیریت کیفیت جامع و تولید بهموقع تأثیر زیادی بر پایداری زنجیره تأمین دارد و نتایج حاصل از اجرای این دو سناریو نشان از بهبود پایداری در زنجیره تأمین میدهد. مدل ارائهشده به مدیران صنعت و تصمیمگیران کمک میکند که شیوههای مؤثر بر پایداری را شناسایی کنند و در جهت پایدار شدن زنجیره تأمین مورد پذیرش قرار دهند.
