اثربخشی فعالیتهای منظم جسمانی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مدارس شبانهروزی

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثربخشی فعالیتهای منظم جسمانی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مدارس شبانهروزی شهرستان گنبد کاووس انجام شد.60 دانشآموز پسر متوسطه مدارس شبانهروزی به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (هر گروه 30 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایشی به مدت 2 ماه و روزی 45 دقیقه فعالیتهای جسمانی انجام داد. از کلیه مشارکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله درخواست شد به سیاهه فرسودگی مدرسه(؛SBIسالملا-آرو، کیورو، لسکنین و نورمی، 2009)پاسخ دهند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد فرسودگی تحصیلی گروه آزمایشی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معنیداری پیدا کرده است. فعالیتهای منظم جسمانی می تواند منجر به کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مدارس شبانهروزی گردد.
