تأثیر عصاره چای سبز بر آسیبشناسی بافتی و شاخصهای سرمی آسیب بافت کبد در موشهای صحرایی دیابتی شده با استرپتوزوتوسین

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی آسیب کبد در دیابت ملیتوس و بررسی اثرات محافظتی عصاره چای سبز در موش های صحرایی دیابتی شده توسط استرپتوزوتوسین می باشد. برای این منظور، 40 سر مو ش صحرایی نر به 4 گروه 10 تایی تقسیم شدند: 1) گروه شاهد سالم، 2) گروه سالم تیمار با عصاره چای سبز، 3) گروه دیابتی و 4) گروه دیابتی تیمار با عصاره چای سبز. برای دیابتی کردن موشها، استرپتوزوتوسین با تک دز mg/kg 65 به صورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شد. از زمان شروع آزمایش، موش های تیمار با عصاره، عصاره چای سبز (w/v ،5/1%) را در آب آشامیدنی به مدت 8 هفته دریافت کردند. در انتهای آزمایش سطوح سرمی آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT)، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز(AST)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (AP)، آلبومین و بیلی روبین تام اندازه گیری شدند. برای آسیب شناسی بافت کبد نیز برش هایی با رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین، طبق روش های معمول تهیه مقاطع هیستوپاتولوژی تهیه گردید. موش های صحرایی دیابتی افزایش معنی دار شاخص های سرمی آسیب بافت کبد را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد نشان دادند (05/0p<)، در حالی که در گروه دیابتی تیمار با عصاره چای سبز، این شاخص ها در مقایسه با گروه دیابتی به طور معنی داری کاهش نشان داد (05/0p<). یافته های آسیب شناسی بافت کبد در توافق با نتایج بیوشیمیایی سرم نشانگر بهبود ساختار بافت آسیب دیده کبد در موش های دیابتی بود. نتایجاینمطالعهنشانداد عصاره چای سبز دارایاثراتمحافظتاز بافت کبد در دیابت القاء شده با استرپتوزوتوسین می باشد.
