مطالعه وضعیت سرمی پروتئین شوک حرارتی 27، آدنوزین دِآمیناز، هموسیستئین و پروفایلهای لیپیدی در لپتوسپیروز گاوی در استان کردستان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی تغییرات تعدادی از پارامترهای سرمی اعم از آدنوزین دآمیناز (ADA)، پروتئین شوک حرارتی 27 (HSP-27)، هموسیستئین (Hcy) و پروفایل لیپیدی (VLDL، Triglyceride، HDL-C، LDL-C) در لپتوسپیروز گاوی می باشد. پس از تشخیص لپتوسپیروز حاد در گاو، نمونه خون از ورید وداج 12 گاو مبتلا به لپتوسپیروز و 12 نمونه سالم اخذ شد و پارامترهای فوق الذکر همراه با روی (Zn2+) مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج، افزایش معنی دار (01/0p<) هموسیستئین، HSP-27، TG و VLDL همراه با کاهش قابل توجهHDL-C،ADA ،LDL-C و روی (Zn2+) را در گاوان بیمار در مقایسه با گروه سالم نشان دادند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده احتمالاً بتوان از پارامترهای ذکر شده در مدیریت بیماری لپتوسپیروز گاوی استفاده نمود.
