بررسی سطح پلاسمایی هپسیدین، سیستاتین سی و ژلسولین در تیلریوز گوسفندی (نژاد قزل) بر اساس سن و شدت پارازیتمی

ملخص المقالة :
بیماری تیلریوز یکی از معضلات مهم صنعت دامداری در اکثر نقاط جهان و ایران بوده که نقش مهمی در کاهش تولید شیر و گوشت داشته و در ضمن باعث ضایعات گسترده خونی و بافتی میگردد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تغییرات پلاسمایی هپسیدین، سیستاتین سی و ژلسولین در گوسفندان نژاد قزل مبتلا به تیلریوز میباشد. در این مطالعه پس از اخذ نمونه خون از گروههای بیمار و سالم، اقدام به تعیین فراسنجه های خونی اعم ازهموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، گلبول های قرمزو گلبول های سفید گردید، سپس فراسنجه ها ی پلاسمایی فوق نیز با کیتهای اختصاصی و به کمک تکنیک الایزا اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج حاکی از افزایش معنیدار(01/0p<) هپسیدینو سیستاتین سی و کاهش معنیدار (01/0p<) ژلسولین در گروه بیمار (30 رأس) نسبت به گروه سالم (30 رأس) بود. همچنین، افزایش سن و شدت پارازیتمی، باعث تشدید تغییرات شدند، بهطوری که بیشترین غلظت هپسیدین و سیستاتین سی و بیشترین تعداد لنفوسیتها در گروه سنی 4 ساله و با شدت پارازیتمی بیش از 4 درصد و کمترین غلظت ژلسولین و سایر فراسنجه های هماتولوژیک نیز در همان گروه سنی و با همان شدت پارازیتمی مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، به احتمال زیاد التهاب و آسیب سلولی گسترده در گوسفندان مبتلا به تیلریوز در بافتهای مختلف و بهخصوص در کلیه ها وجود دارد.
