ملخص المقالة :
کتوز تحت بالینی اثرات اقتصادی بر صنعت گاو شیری تحمیل کرده و گاوها با افزایش استرس اکسیداتیو، مستعد ابتلا به این نوع کتوز می شوند. از آنجاییکه فاکتور هستهای رونویسی کاپا B (NF-κB Nuclear factor kappa B;) بهعنوان فاکتور پاسخ سلولی به انواع استرس با منشأ درونی میباشد، در تحقیق حاضر، ارتباط برخی از متابولیتهای خون و بیان ژن NF-κB با کتوز تحت بالینی در گاوهای هلشتاین در طول دوره انتقال، در یک گاوداری 2000 رأسی با 900 رأس گاو دوشا بررسی گردید. بدین منظور 5 میلیلیتر خون از 100 رأس گاو شکم چهارم و شکم پنجم زایش، یک هفته قبل و نیز یک هفته بعد از زایش، از ورید دمی اخذ شد. بر اساس یافته ها، در هفته قبل از زایش همبستگی مثبتی بین اسیدهای چرب غیراستریفیه (NEFAs Non-esterified fatty acids;) و بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات (Beta-hydroxybutyrate; BHBA)، مالون دیآلدئید، گاما گلوتامیل ترانسفراز و NF-κB و نیز همبستگی منفی با لیپوپروتئین با تراکم بالا مشاهده شد. در هفته بعد از زایش هم همبستگی مثبتی بین BHBA، NEFA، مالون دیآلدئید، گاما گلوتامیل ترانسفراز، آلکالین فسفاتاز و NF-κB و نیز همبستگی منفی با لیپوپروتئین با تراکم بالا مشاهده شد. نقطه برش mM/L 2/1BHBA≤ برای گاوهای سالم و mM/L 2/1BHBA> برای گاوهای مبتلا به کتوز تحت بالینی در بعد از زایش تعیین شد. همچنین در گاوهای درگیر، مقادیرNEFA ،BHBA ، گاماگلوتامیل ترانسفراز (0001/ (p< و آلکالین فسفاتاز (03/0 p=) افزایش و لیپوپروتئین با تراکم بالا و NF-κB (0001/p<) کاهش داشت. نتایج تحقیق حاضر مشخص کرد که افزایش NEFAs و BHBA با فعالسازی مسیر NF-κB و استرس اکسیداتیو، دام را مستعد ابتلا به بیماری کتوز میکند.
