مطالعه مقایسهای سه روش القای فحلی و میزان باروری در میشهای نژاد افشار

ملخص المقالة :
همزمانسازی فحلی، روشی ارزشمند در مدیریت تولیدمثلی میش ها محسوب می شود. همچنین به دلیل شرایط و مشکلات موجود در تهیه داروی PMSG (pregnant mare serum gonadotropin) در کشور ایران، دامپزشکان به دنبال روشی جایگزین میباشند. لذا در مطالعه حاضر به مقایسه 3 روش همزمانسازی فحلی و میزان باروری در گوسفندهای نژاد افشار در خارج از فصل تولیدمثلی با استفاده از سیدر+PMSG ، سیدر+HMG (Human menopausal gonadotropin) و سیدر+HMG+استرادیول پرداخته شد. تعداد 200 رأس میش به طور تصادفی به 4 گروه50 رأسی تقسیم شدند که شامل: گروههای شاهد، تیمار 1، تیمار 2 و تیمار 3 بودند. برای همه گروهها به مدت 12 روز سیدرهای پروژسترونی شرکت ابوریحان کارگزاری شد. گروه شاهد بعد از خارجسازی سیدر، دارویی دریافت نکرد، اما به گوسفندان تیمار 1، 500 واحد PMSG، به گوسفندان تیمار 2، یک آمپول HMG و به گوسفندان تیمار 3، یک آمپول HMG+ 1/0 میلیلیتر استرادیول تزریق گردید. نتایج به دستآمده از بروز علایم فحلی و باروری در گروهها مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت و تفاوت بین میش های دو گروه PMSG و HMG ، معنی دار نبود (05/0p<). لذا به نظر می رسد که استفاده از HMG میتواند روش مناسبی برای جایگزینی PMSG باشد.
