لیستریامونوسایتوژنزباسیلیکوتاه،گرممثبت،انگلاختیاری داخلسلولیوفاقداسپوراست کهازطریقسبزیجاتآلوده، شیر، پنیروگوشت آلودهبهانسان منتقلمی شود. ایمونوگلوبولین Y (IgY) به دست آمده از زرده تخممرغ مرغ های ایمن شده منبع سرشار و ارزانی از آنتیبادیهای پلیکلونال میباشد. این آنتیبادیها میتوانند به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب به جای آنتیبادیهای تولیدشده در سایر حیوانات آزمایشگاهی مطرح باشند. در سال های اخیر، IgYدر تحقیقات علوم پزشکی جهت تشخیص، پیشگیری و درمان بیماری ها کاربرد گستردهای داشته است. در مطالعه حاضر تعداد 12 قطعه مرغ تخم گذارسویه های-لاین در دو گروه تیمار (10 قطعه) و شاهد (2 قطعه) انتخاب و گروه تیمار در 3 نوبت و با فاصلة زمانی هفته ای یک بار توسط تزریق آنتیژن تهیه شده از لیستریا مونوسایتوژنز ایمن گردید. سپس با جمعآوری تخممرغها و اندازهگیری میزان پروتئین تام و گلوبولینهای زرده در هفتههای 9، 10 و 11 بعد از تزریق اول، مشخص شد که مقدار این دو پارامتر در هفته های 9 و 10 با یکدیگر تفاوت آماری معنی داری نداشته ولی در مقایسه با مقادیر آن ها در گروه شاهد، افزایشی معنی داری ( 05/0p <) مشاهده گردید. از طرفی مقدار گلوبولین و پروتئین تام زرده در هفته یازدهم افت قابل توجهی داشت ولی مقادیر آن ها در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، تفاوت آماری معنی داری نشان نداد. بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه حاضر می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که ایمن سازی مرغ ها توسط آنتیژن تهیه شده از لیستریا مونوسایتوژنز موجب افزایش میزان گلوبولین زرده در هفته های نهم و دهم پس از تزریق شده است و بنابراین میتوان از زرده تخممرغ، به عنوان منبعی برای تولید آنتیبادیهای پلیکلونال علیه باکتری لیستریا مونوسایتوژنز استفاده نمود.
