بررسی تغییرات سرمی هموسیستئین و تروپونین قلبی I در گوسفندان مبتلا به تیلریوز در شهرستان ارومیه

ملخص المقالة :
تیلریوز یکی از بیماری های مهم تک یاخته ای در دام های اهلی بوده که نقش مهمی در کاهش تولید (شیر و گوشت) دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی تغییرات سرمی هموسیستئین و تروپونین قلبی I به عنوان شاخص های سرمی آسیب قلبی-عروقی در گوسفندان مبتلا به تیلریوز بر اساس جنس و نژاد در شهرستان ارومیه می باشد. پس از تشخیص تیلریوز بر اساس علایم بالینی و آزمایشگاهی، 30 رأس گوسفند بیمار (15 رأس نژاد قزل و 15 رأس نژاد ماکویی) که از نژاد قزل 8 رأس نر و 7 رأس ماده و در نژاد ماکویی هم همین تعداد در نظر گرفته شد. در ضمن همان تعداد گوسفند سالم (از نظر جنس و نژاد) به عنوان گروه سالم انتخاب شدند. از ورید وداج تمام گروه ها خون گیری به عمل آمد و فراسنجه های فوق الذکر در کلیه نمونه ها مورد سنجش و ارزیابی آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از افزایش معنی دار (05/0>p) در تمام فراسنجه ها در گروه بیمار نسبت به گروه سالم بود. در رابطه با جنس، افزایش معنی دار (05/0>p) در تمام فراسنجه ها در جنس نر نسبت به جنس ماده مشاهده شد و در مورد نژاد نیز اختلاف معنی دار (05/0>p) بین گروه بیمار نژاد ماکویی با سالم و نژاد قزل با سالم در فراسنجه ها مشاهده گردید. در مجموع می توان اظهار داشت که افزایش سطح سرمی هموسیستئین و تروپونین قلبی I در گوسفندان مبتلا به تیلریوز مخصوصاً در جنس نر می تواند هشداری بر لزوم توجه هر چه بیشتر به مقوله مدیریت پیشگیری و درمان در گوسفندان مبتلا به تیلریوز باشد.
