ملخص المقالة :
بیماری یون از جمله عفونت های مزمن باکتریایی در نشخوارکنندگان میباشد که با توجه به اسهال شدید و طولانی مدتی که ایجاد میکند، باعث تحلیل رفتن بدن دام می شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی عیار سرمی آنتی بادی ضد مایکوباکتریوم اویوم زیرگونهپاراتوبرکلوزیس (عامل بیماری یون) به روش الایزا و برآورد میزان آلودگی به عامل مذکور در گاوهای شیری مجتمع دامپروری کشت و صنعت مغان بود. در این مطالعه از تعداد 738 رأس گاو شیری بالغ در مجتمع کشت و صنعت و دامپروری مغان که به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند، خون گیری شده و نمونه های سرمی در آزمایشگاه به روش الایزا بررسی شدند. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد از تعداد 738 رأس گاو مورد آزمایش، 58 رأس دارای عیار سرمی علیه مایکوباکتریوم اویوم زیرگونهپاراتوبرکلوزیس با درصد S/P بیشتر از 60 درصد بودند (میزان شیوع 86/7 درصد) که 25 رأس مثبت (با درصد S/P بیشتر از 70 درصد) و 33 رأس مشکوک (با درصد S/P بیشتر از 60 تا 70 درصد) بودند. به دلیل این که چهره بیماری یون اغلب تحت بالینی بوده و دام در ظاهر سالم به نظر می رسد، به سبب دفع میکروب در مدفوع و ترشحات بدن خود بقیه گله را نیز آلوده می کند. بنابراین، انجام آزمون های غربالگری دوره ای در گله و همچنین تست دام های تازه وارد در کنار سایر اقدامات پیشگیرانه اکیداً توصیه می شود.
