اثر تمرین فیزیکی بر غلظت برخی از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم اسب عرب

ملخص المقالة :
ارزیابی شاخصهایی همچون تغییرات بیوشیمیایی سرم پس از فعالیت شدید بدنی، می تواند به فراهم آوردن اطلاعات لازم جهت پیش بینی ظرفیت ورزشی اسب، تحت شرایط مسابقه کمک کند. در مطالعه حاضر، غلظت سرمی برخی از فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی خون قبل و پس از فعالیت شدید بدنی در 9 رأس اسب عرب 10-4 ساله تعیین گردید. نمونه های خون، یک ساعت قبل (زمان صفر)، بلافاصله (زمان یک)، ۳ (زمان دو) و 24 ساعت (زمان سه) پس از دویدن با حداکثر سرعت در مسیر ۱٢٥٠ متری جمع آوری گردید. مقادیر سرمی پروتئین تام، آلبومین، ازت اوره خون، کراتنین و گلوکز و همچنین میزان فعالیت آنزیم های کراتین فسفوکیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز با استفاده از روشهای معمول آزمایشگاهی اندازه گیری گردید. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه با مشاهدات تکراری و تست توکی مورد واکاوی آماری قرار گرفت.نتایج نشان داد که به استثناء نیتروژن اوره، سایر فاکتورهای اندازهگیری شده پس از دویدن افزایش معنی داری را متحمل گشتهاند (5 0/0p<). به نظر می رسد که تغلیظ خون ناشی از تعریق شدیدو همچنین استرس ناشی از شرکت در شرایط مسابقه، دلیل این تغییرات باشند.
