اثربخشی آموزش مثبت نگری با تکیه بر آموزه های دینی در سلامت روانشناختی و تابآوری مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای مثبت اندیشی با تکیه بر آموزه های دینی در تاب آوری و سلامت روانشناختی مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم صورت گرفت. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بوده است. جامعة آماری در این پژوهش همة مادران دارای کودک اتیسم که در سال 95 به مراکز بهزیستی شهر تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند تشکیل می دادند. با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف وتاب آوری کودر ریچارد سون بوده است. داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه های پژوهش از طریق آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و چند متغیره مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مثبت اندیشی با تکیه بر آموزه های دینی در متغیرهای سلامت روانشناختی و تاب آوری هردو معنادار است آموزش مثبت نگری در زیر مولفه های سلامت روانشناختی (رشد شخصی، ارتباط مثبت با دیگران و پذیرش خود، استقلال و خودمختاری، و هدفمندی در زندگی) تأثیر معناداردار دارد ولی بر تسلط بر محیط اثر بخش نبود. در کل می توان چنین نتیجه گیری کرد که آموزش مثبت نگری با تکیه بر آموزه های دینی می تواند باعث ارتقای بهزیستی روان شناختی مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم و نیز افزایش تاب آوری آنها شود و با توجه به ارتباطی که سلامت روان شناختی و همچنین تاب آوری با بسیاری از متغیرهای تضمین کننده سلامت دارد، این آموزش می تواند تحولات مثبت زیادی را در زندگی افراد دارای فرزند اتیسم ایجاد نماید.
