ارائه مدلی برای ارتقای صلاحیت‌های شغلی معاونین پرورشی زن بر مبنای تعالی مدیریت( EFQM)

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارائه مدلی برای ارتقای صلاحیت‌های شغلی معاونین پرورشی زن بر مبنای محورهای دهگانه EFQM بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 34 معاون پرورشی و روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع سرشماری بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌بود که بر اساس محورهای دهگانه EFQMطراحی شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تائید اساتید حوزه مدیریت آموزشی قرار گرفت و برای محاسبه پایائی از ضریب آلفا کرونباخ استفاده‌شد. پایائی پرسشنامه‌ها در حیطه دانش 92/0 در حیطه مهارت 98/0 و در حیطه نگرش 98/0 بدست آمد. و از آزمون بارتلت برای تعیین کفایت نمونه‌گیری در تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. در هرسه حیطه ضریب کفایت حجم نمونه بالای 6/0 بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و از آزمون بارتلت و از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل مسیر و ماتریس همبستگی استفاده‌شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که به ترتیب نگرش، سپس مهارت و در نهایت دانش در بین معاونین پرورشی نسبت به محورهای تعالی مدیریت مدرسه نقش تعیین‌کننده دارد و متغیرهای اثرگذار و دارای بار عاملی بالا عبارتنداز: فعالیت‌های مکمل و فوق برنامه پرورشی، استقرار نظام یاددهی- یادگیری، تدوین برنامه عمل، خلاقیت، و سلامت و تربیت بدنی. اقزایش کیفیت برنامه‌های پرورشی در مدارس مستلزم ارتقای صلاحیت‌های های شغلی معاونین پرورشی مدارس می باشد. بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر شایسته است دست اندرکاران نظام تعلیم و تربیت در جهت توانمندسازی معاونین پرورشی مدارس به دیدگاه آنان در خصوص ارتقای شایستگی‌های شغلی توجه ویژه نمایند.
