ملخص المقالة :
چکیدهمطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ذهن آگاهی و بهزیستی روانشناختی با نقش میانجی تاب آوری درافراد مبتلا به میگرن انجام شد. طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعهافراد مبتلا به میگرن شهر رشت در سال 1401 بودند که تعداد تقریبی آن ها 3000 نفر برآورد شدهاست. در این پژوهش 216 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار های پژوهش شامل:پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی فرایبورگ فرم کوتاه ) - FMI-SF ( )والاچ و همکاران، 2006 (، پرسشنامهبهزیستی روانشناختی ریف ) RSPWB ( )ریف وکیز، 1995 ( و مقیاس تاب آوری کانر دیویدسون ) - CD-RISC ( )کانر و دیویدسون، 2003 ( بوند. تحلیل داده ها با بهره گیری از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Amosنسخه های 24 و آزمون مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوببرخوردار بود. اثرات مستقیم ذهن آگاهی بر تاب آوری، ذهن آگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و تاب آوریبر بهزیستی روانشناختی معنادار بود؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تاب آوری بین ذهن آگاهی و بهزیستیروانشناختی نقش میانجی داشت ) 05 / 0 > P (. در مجموع می توان نتیجه گرفت که تاب آوری یکی ازمکانیسم های زیربنایی رابطه بین ذهن آگاهی و بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به میگرن است؛ براین اساس پیشنهاد می شود جهت بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی این افراد برنامه های آموزشی و درمانیمتمرکز بر ذهن آگاهی و تاب آوری اجرا شود.کلید واژه ها: بهزیستی روانشناختی، ذهن آگاهی، تاب آوری، میگرن
