ملخص المقالة :
چکیدهپژوهش حاضر باهدف واکاوی ارتباط هوش هیجانی و خودشیفتگی مدیران با ارزش شرکت است. پژوهشاز نظر هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. داد ههای پژوهش از صور تهای مالی واقع یشرک تها از طریق سایت کدال و پرسشنامه استاندارد جمعآوری و با استفاده از نر مافزار اکسل گردآوری شد .روش آزمون فرضی هها رگرسیون چندمتغیره با استفاده از نر مافزار آماری ایویوز 12 م یباشد. تعداد نمونه 132شرکت م یباشد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که خود شیفتگی مدیران با ارزش شرکت ارتباط منفی و معناداریدارد. و هوش هیجانی مدیران با ارزش شرکت ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارد.یافتههای این پژوهش از دو جنبهنظری و کاربردی قابل بررسی م یباشد جنبه نظری که باعث درک بهتر ادبیات مربوط به هوش هیجانی وخودشیفتگی که از ابعاد مهم شخصیت روانشناختی مدیران است و جنبه کاربردی آن که به سرمای هگذاران وسایر ذینفعان حقیقی و حقوقی کمک م یکند که هنگام تصمی مگیری خودشیفتگی مدیران را مد نظر قراردهند.برای اینکه خودشیفتگی م یتواند قضاوت مدیران را از احتمال نتایج گوناگون تحت تاثیر قرار دهد .کلمات کلیدی: ارزش شرکت، خودشیفتگی مدیران و هوش هیجانی
