مطالعهاینرسی سازمانی با تنبلی اجتماعی از طریق سایش اجتماعی در معلمان تربیت بدنی

ملخص المقالة :
چکیدهامروزه فعالیت سازمانها و بهویژه سازمانهای آموزشی در محیط رقابتی کنونی نیازمند پویایی و تحرک استو این سازمانها برای بقا و پویایی خود باید به نوآوری و تغییرات مستمر روی آورند بنابراین هدف از اینتحقیق، ارتباط بین اینرسی سازمانی با تنبلی اجتماعی از طریق سایش اجتماعی در معلمان تربیت بدنیشهرستانهای ممسنی و رستم است. این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماریاین تحقیق، تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستانهای ممسنی و رستم به تعداد 83 نفر بود، که از این تعداد 33نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونهگیری کل شمار با محقق همکاری کردند.ابزار جمعآوری دادههاپرسشنامههای استاندارد اینرسی سازمانی گوکین و آنکاران) 2118 (، تنبلی اجتماعی حسینی) 2118 ( و سایشاجتماعی دافی و همکاران) 2112 ( بود. برای توصیف دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطیدادهها از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین اینرسیسازمانی با تنبلی اجتماعی از طریق سایش اجتماعی رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت . بنابراین بهتراست برای کاهش تنبلی و سایش اجتماعی سعی شود اینرسی سازمانی را در این سازمان کاهش داد تا سازمانکارایی و اثربخشی بهتری داشته باشد.
