ملخص المقالة :
چکیدههد ف اصل ی ای ن پژوه ش واکاوی مد ل سرما یه فکری در بانکهای دولتی جمهوری اسلامی ا یران ا ست. پژوهشحاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت دادهها، پژوهش کمی م یباشد. جامعه آماری ای ن پژوه ش کلیهمدیران بانکهای دولتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به تعداد 1100 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری 285 نفر از روشنمونهگیری تصادفی طبقاتی با توجه به جدول مورگان انتخاب شد. ابزا ر پژوهش شامل پرس شنامه محققساختهبود. دادههای جمعآوری شد ه با استفاده از روش آمار توصیفی و مد لسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده ازنرمافزارهای 22SPSS و 2Smart PLS تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روایی، پایایی و کیفیت مدل پژوهشمورد تأیید قرار گرفت. بر اساس بررسی چند ین مدل اندازهگیری سرمایه فکری ارائه شده توسط محققان قبلی ،سرمایه فکری به سرما یه انسانی، سرما یه ساختاری، سرما یه نوآور ی و سرما یه مشت ری طبقهبند ی میشو د. دراین پژوه ش یک سیستم شاخص کی فی برا ی چهار عنصر سرمایه فکر ی فوق با تجز ی ه و تحلی ل محتوا ی آ نهاطراحی شده است. از طر یق مطالعه تجربی در بانکهای دولتی، مشخص شد که رابطه معناداری بین امتیازا تعناصر چهارگانه و عملکرد تجار ی آن وجود دارد که اعتبار و منطقی بودن مدل انداز هگیری سرمایه فکر ی وسیستم شاخصها را اثبات م یکند. در ا ین بین، مطالعه تجربی بیشتر ثابت میکند که رابطه قابل توجهی بی نچهار عنصر سرمایه فکری وجود دارد. بنابرا ین بانکها با ید سرمایه فکر ی خود را از منظر یکپارچه مد یر یتو بهبود بخشند .کلمات کلیدی: سرما یه فکری، سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ساختاری، سرمایه مشتری، سرمایه نوآوری
