طراحی الگوی ارزیابی مدل کسب و کار با رویکرد نوآوری اجتماعی

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه: عمر کوتاه مدلهای کسب و کار، نیاز به ارزیابی مستمر آنها را در شرایط متغیر و پیچیده این روزهای کسب و کار به یک نیاز حیاتی برای کسب و کارها تبدیل ساخته است. با گسترش اقبال کسب و کارها در پاسخگویی به نیازهای اجتماعی در کنار رهگیری اهداف کسب و کار و توسعه موضوع نوآوری اجتماعی، ارزیابی میزان موفقیت مدلهای کسب و کارها در پاسخگویی همزمان به نیازهای اجتماعی و کسب و کار، موضوعی حائز اهمیت است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال طراحی الگویی برای ارزیابی مدلهای کسب و کار با رویکرد نوآوری اجتماعی است. روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع تحقیق کیفی است. روش تحقیق مطالعه موردی چندگانه است نمونه آماری شامل ۱۰ کسب و کار نوپای ایرانی با تجربه نوآوری در مدل کسب و کار و نوآوری اجتماعی است. یافتهها: الگوی پیشنهادی شامل یک فرایندارزیابی 5 مرحله ای است که با استفاده از 2 ابزار کاربردی و براساس ۴ شاخص برای ارزیابی اقتصادی و ۲ شاخص برای ارزیابی اجتماعی طراحی شده است . نتیجهگیری: الگوی پیشنهادی به مدیران کسب و کارهای نوپا کمک می کند، مدل کسب و کار خود را براساس دو بعد اقتصادی و اجتماعی ارزیابی کرده و با موقعیت یابی مدل کسب و کار ، جهات تغییر در مدل کسب و کار را برای توسعه مدل کسب و کار با رویکرد نوآوری اجتماعی ، شناسایی کنند .
