مروری بر نقش انواع افزودنی های نانو روان کار بر بهبود خواص تریبولوژیکی روان کارها

استفاده از نانوافزودنی ها در روان کننده ها یکی از مؤثرترین روش های کنترل اصطکاک و سایش است که برای حفظ انرژی، کاهش آلاینده ها و حفاظت از محیط زیست از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. با رشد علم و فناوری، پیشرفت های زیادی در زمینه افزودنی های نانو روان کار در تحقیقات علمی و کاربردهای صنعتی حاصل شده است. در این تحقیق به طور خلاصه به دسته بندی مواد افزودنی نانو روان کار و بررسی خواص تریبولوژیکی این افزودنی ها پرداخته شده است. بر اساس عناصر تشکیل دهنده نانو مواد، افزودنی های نانو روان کار برای سه گروه افزودنی ها بر پایه نانو فلزات، افزودنی ها بر پایه نانو کربن و افزودنی ها بر پایه نانوکامپوزیت تشریح گردیدند. علاوه بر این انواع مکانیزم های روان کاری افزودنی های نانو روان کار شامل تشکیل تریبو فیلم، عملکرد خود ترمیم کننده و اثر هم افزایی نیز بیان شده است. درنهایت، چالش ها و چشم انداز افزودنی های نانو روان کارها بیان شده است که طراحی و سنتز افزودنی های جدید با خاصیت روان کنندگی و ضدسایش در آینده را نشان می دهد.
