بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات سبک مقاومتی بر بیان 178CD زنان غیر ورزشکار

آپوپتوز یا مرگ برنامهریزی شده سلولی، نقش اصلی را در حذف سلولهای از کار افتاده دارد. این پدیده، یک رخداد طبیعی و فیزیولوژیک است که فقدان آن میتواند منجر به سرطانی شدن سلولها شود. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات متعادل بدنسازی بر میزان بیان 178CD لنفوسیتی در زنان غیر ورزشکار پرداخت. در راستای این هدف 30 دانشجوی زن غیر ورزشکار داوطلبانه در تحقیق شرکت کردند و به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه مساوی تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برخلاف گروه کنترل، گروه تجربی هشت هفته تمرینات بدنسازی را اجرا کردند. نمونههای خون قبل و بعد از هشت هفته، و با فاصله 24 ساعت نسبت به اخرین جلسه تمرینات بعد جمعآوری شدند. آزمون تحلیل واریانس دو عاملی و اندازهگیریهای مکرر برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شدند. نتایج نشان دادند بیان 178CD لنفوسیتی در دو گروه متفاوت بودند. مقادیر گیرنده 178CD در گروه تجربی بعد از هشت هفته نسبت به مقادیر اولیه تفاوت معنیدار داشت (001/0=P)، اما کاهش معنیداری در اندازهگیری 24 ساعت بعد از فعالیت، در گروه تجربی دیده نشد (040/0=P). بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از گروه تجربی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات سبک مقاومتی تأثیر مثبتی بر بیان گیرنده 178CD داشته است. لذا سیستم ایمنی افرادی که از تمرینات مقاومتی با هدف تندرستی استفاده میکنند، می تواند تحت تأثیر این نوع تمرینات تقویت شود. واژه های کلیدی: تمرینات سبک مقاومتی، 178CD ، لنفوسیتها
