بررسی رابطه بین تقاضاهای شغلی، منابع شغلی وکنترل شغلی با رفتارهای انحرافی کارکنان: مطالعه موردی شرکت نفت و گاز زاگرس جنوبی

ملخص المقالة :
عوامل متعددی می توانند بارفتار های انحرافی در محیط های کار ارتباطداشتهباشند. ازبین آین عوامل متعدد. می توان به تقاضاهای شغلی, منابعشغلی وکنترل شغلی آشاره کرد. این پژوهش با هدف پیش بینی رفتارهای انحرافی از طریق تقاضاهای شغلی, منابعشغلی و کنترل شغلی اجرا شد. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش, کارکنانشرکتنفت و گاز زاگرس جنوبی دربندرعباس دربهاروتابستان ۱۳۹۰به تعداد ۲۵۰ نفر می باشد. نمونهی پژوهش شامل ۱۸۷ نفر از کارکنان این سازمان استکه بااستفاده از نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ی ۷ سوالی تقاضاهای شغلی (در دو خرده مقیاس آبهامو گرانباری نقش و تعارض نقش) پرسشنامه ی ۱۳ سوّالی منابعشغلی (شامل سه خرده مقیاس آموزش وقدردانی حمایتسرپرست و حمایت فناوری) پرسشنامه ی ۵ سوالی کنترل شغلی و پرسشنامه ی ۸ سوّالی رفتارهای انحرافی می باشد. داده ها از طریق تحلیل رگرسیونسلسله مراتبیتحلیل شد.یافته ها نشان داد که به ترتیب در مرحله اول ابهام وگرانباری نقش, در مرحله دوم ابهام و گرانباری و تعارض نقش همراه با آموزش وقدردانی, حمایت سرپرست و در مرحله سوم ابهامو گرانباری نقش, آموزش وقدردانیو حمایت سرپرست همراه با کنترل شغلی برای رفتارهای انحرافی دارای توانپیش بین معنادار هستند(0۰/۰۱] تقاضاهای شغلی رفتارهای انحراقی منابع شغلی,کنترل شغلی, شرکت نفت وگاز زاگرس جنوبی,
