تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر اجرای موفقیت آمیس شش سیگمای ناب در راستای تولید در کلاس جهانی (مورد کاوی صنعت لوازم خانگی)

شتاب روزافزون جهانی شدن اقتصاد و تحولات شگرف در عرصه تولیدات صنعتی فرصتها و چالشهای بزرگی را برای صنایع به وجود آورده است. برای حضور در عرصه اقتصاد جهانیباید جهانی اندیشید و اجرای الگوهای مدیریت و تولید در کلاس جهانی الزامی می باشد. در دنیایرقابتی امروز یکی از اصلی ترین دغدغه های مدیران ارشد سود آوری و کسب نتایج به صورت پایدار است.یکی از الگوهای مدیریتی که به تازگی و بطورگسترده دربنگاه های در کلاس جهانی استفاده می شود.متدولوزژی شش سیگمای ناب(855]) است. باتوجه به کاربرد رو به گسترش برنامه شش سیگمای ناب در سازمان های کشورء هدف این مقاله تحلیل عوامل موّئْر برموفقیت اینبرنامه (عوامل بحرانی عواملپشتیبان و عوامل وابسته) در راستای تولید در کلاس جهانی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران ارشد و میانی شرکت های فعال در صنعت لوازم خانگی در استان اصفهان می باشند. جهت گرد آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محققساختهاستفاده شده است. در این پژوهش بااستفاده از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری ونرم افزار۸۸17105 ویرایش ۱۸به بررسی ۳فرضیهکه شاملتأثیر عوامل بحرانی برموفقیت شش سیگما ناب.تأثیر عواملپشتیبان برموفقیت شش سیگما ناب و تأثیر عوامل وابسته بر موفقیت شش سیگما نابپرداخته شده است. باتوجهبه اطلاعاتبه دست آمده از طریقپرسشنامه وتجزیهوتحلیل داده ها تمامیفرضیات در سطح اطمینان 114۵ تأیید شدند.
