ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زنجیره ارزش مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات در افزایش درآمد و بهره وری در شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه بود. به این منظور تعداد 126 نفر از کارکنان شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گرد آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه زنجیره ارزش قاسمی (1391) و پرسش نامه بهره وری سازمانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (2005) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان دادکه زنجیره ارزش مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات در افزایش درآمد و بهره وری شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه تاثیر داشته است. و نیز عوامل زنجیره ارزش مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات ، افزایش درآمد و بهره وری در شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه را پیش بینی می کند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت های زنجیره ارزش مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات در شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی کرمانشاه به درستی صورت گرفته است.
