ملخص المقالة :
آشکار شدن اهمیت روزافزون تکنولوژی بهویژه پس از جنگهای جهانی اول و دوم و نقش آن بهعنوان یکی از عوامل مهم کسب قدرت نظامی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و تولید ثروت، باعث گردید توجه زیادی به ابعاد مختلف تکنولوژی جلب شود. در خصوص ارزیابی تکنولوژی در بنگاهها بررسیهای اندکی بهعملآمده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه یک مدل تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه فازی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد سطح تکنولوژی صنایع خودروسازی ایران با استفاده از تکنیک VIKOR-ANP فازی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را 25 نفر از مدیران ارشد تولید و فناوری اطلاعات و تکنولوژی ایرانخودرو، سایپا و پارسخودرو تشکیل میدهند. ابتدا به بررسی ادبیات موضوع و پیشینهی پژوهش پرداخته سپس با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و مصاحبه به غربالسازی ابعاد و شاخصهای ارزیابی سطح تکنولوژی صنایع خودروسازی ایران پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از وزندهی به ابعاد با تکنیک فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای فازی نشان میدهد که شاخص توانمندی خلاقیت رتبه اول و شاخصهای: توانمندی طراحی مهندسی، توانمندی ساخت، توانمندی تولید، توانمندیهای بازاریابی و فروش، توانمندی خدماترسانی، توانمندی اکتساب و توانمندی پشتیبانی به ترتیب، رتبههای دوم تا هشتم را کسب نمودند. نتایج این تحقیق میتواند دید جامعی به تصمیمسازان خصوصاً مدیران و کارشناسان خودروسازی ارائه نماید. همچنین در بررسی عملکرد تکنولوژی آنها را یاری رساند.
