ملخص المقالة :
در دنیای امروزی زنجیره تامین مزیتهای فراوانی برای سازمانها دربر داشته است، به همین اکثر سازمان ها به زنجیره تامین پیوسته اند. از طرفی دیگر اندازهگیری عملکرد یک رکن ضروری برای پیشرفت و ارزیابی سازمان های امروزی است. عملکرد سازمان ها در طول زنجیره تامین به یکدیگر وابسته می باشد و سنجش میزان عملکرد یک سازمان به تنهایی نشان دهنده عملکرد زنجیره تامین نمی باشد. طبیعی است که با بکارگیری روشهای مرسوم نمی توان به ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان ها در طول زنجیره تامین اقدام نمود. در واقع ماهیت وجودی زنجیره تامین باعث گردیده است که ارزیابی عملکرد نیز دچار دگرگونی گردد. در این مقاله سعی شده است با مرور ادبیات پیشین، مدلی مفهومی از شاخص های عملکرد زنجیره تامین در قالب مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن ارائه شود. سپس با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسه مراتبی فازی به اندازگیری اوزان در صنعت مواد غذایی اقدام شده است. پس از گرفتن نظرات تعدادی از متخصصان حاضر در زنجیرهی تأمین و انجام محاسبات مربوط، مشخص گردید که دیدگاه مشتری دارای بیشترین اهمیت می باشد. فرآیندهای داخلی، مالی و یادگیری و رشد به ترتیب در در رده بعدی قرار می گیرند. همچنین از میان معیارهای اندازه گیری عملکرد زنجیره تأمین در صنعت غذایی، کیفیت بیشترین اهمیت را دارا می باشد. شاخص های کارآیی، رقابت پذیری و قابلیت اطمینان به ترتبیب در رتبه های بعدی قرار می گیرند.
