طراحی مدل زنجیره تأمین پایدار با تأکید بر عوامل رفتاری برای مواد غذایی استان کرمانشاه

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، ارائه مدل زنجیره تأمین پایدار با تأکید بر عوامل رفتاری برای مواد غذایی استان کرمانشاه، می-باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است. مطالعه مربوط به ادبیات موضوع ازطریق مطالعه کتابخانهای نظیر کتب، مجلات، پایاننامهها، مقالات و غیره میباشد و از طریق پرسشنامه دادههای مورد نیاز جمعآوری گردیده، سپس با انجام روشهای آماری دادههای مورد نظر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. با توجه به موضوع این پژوهش، جامعه مورد مطالعه، در این تحقیق از مدیران و کارکنان مرتبط با زنجیره تامین در شرکتهای مواد غذایی شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل شده است که تعداد آنها 90 نفر میباشد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار PLS، مشخص شد که محیط آموزش، نوآوری،انگیزه،توانمندسازی کارکنان،احترام و اعتماد متقابل و نیز کار تیمی تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر زنجیره تامین پایدار که دارای سه شاخص زیست محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی میباشد، دارند. واژه های کلیدی: زنجیره تأمین پایدار، عوامل رفتاری، معادلات ساختاری، صنعت مواد غذایی.
