طراحی مدل ترکیبی شبیهسازی با بهکارگیری پارادایمهای شبیهسازی پیشامد گسسته و سیستمهای پویا در راستای تحلیل شرکت بیمه

ملخص المقالة :
با توجه به نقش فزاینده رقابت بین شرکتهای بیمه در زمینۀ بهدستآوردن سهم بیشتری از بازار، شرکتهای بیمه ناگزیر به دنبال روشهایی برای کسب رضایت و وفاداری بیشتر مشتریانشان هستند. شرکتهای بیمهای توجه ویژهای به کیفیت خدمات ارائهشده دارند و بنابراین مدتزمان دریافت خدمت نقش مهمی در درک مشتری از کیفیت ایفا میکنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدلی برای افزایش میزان رضایت مشتریان و بررسی تأثیر آن بر بازار فروش بیمه با بهکارگیری پارادایمهای شبیهسازی میباشد. مطالعۀ حاضر به لحاظ هدف، توصیفی است زیرا توصیف ارتباط بین متغیرهایی که در طول مدت پژوهش شناساییشدهاند را در جامعۀ خاص مورد آزمون قرار میدهد و از حیث روش، مطالعۀ کمی مبتنی بر رویکرد مدلسازی ریاضی با پارادایمهای ترکیبی شبیهسازی با استفاده از نرمافزار Anylogic است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که مدل طراحیشده با دنیای واقعی انطباق داشته است به این معنا که دادههای خروجی صحیح و معتبری ارائه میدهد. پس از ارتباط مدل شبیهسازی پیشامد گسسته از طریق شناسایی نقاط تعامل با مدل شبیهسازی سیستمهای پویا، سناریوی ترکیبی افزایش تعداد فروش، پیادهسازی شده است. با توجه به اینکه مدل شبیهسازی پیشامد گسسته و سیستمهای پویا در ابتدای مدل شبیهسازی بهصورت تعاملی با یکدیگر مشغول اجرا شدن هستند، لذا در ابتدا به دلیل نرخ رضایت بالای مشتریان نرخ ورود توسط مدل سیستمهای پویا بالا میرود و درصد مواقع مشغول به کار بودن کارکنان افزایش مییابد. به دلیل اینکه از یک بازهای به بعد تعداد مشتریان ناراضی بیشتر میشوند، نرخ ورود توسط مدل سیستمهای پویا پایین میآید تا درنهایت سیستم به حالت تعادل میرسد.
