ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیرانعطاف پذیری فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد شرکت در زمینه مدیریت زنجیره تامین (مطالعه موردی گروه هتل های هما) انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی با ماهیت کاربردی و از لحاظ زمانی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، کلیه کارکنان گروه هتل های هما به تعداد 900 نفر است که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 269 نفر به دست آمد. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه استاندارد هان و همکاران سال 2017 است. برای اندازه گیری روایی پرسشنامه ها از روش محتوایی و پایایی آن توسط آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 0.90 بدست آمد. از روش های آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرف جهت بررسی توزیع نرمال بودن داده در جامعه، آزمون T جهت سنجش سطح میزان مناسب بودن متغیرها و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول قابلیت اندازه گیری متغیرهای پژوهش توسط سؤالات پرسشنامه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و ارائه شد سپس بعد از آن، از آزمون فریدمن برای رتبه بندی متغیرهای مستقل انجام شد. جهت آزمون فرضیه های آماری از نرم افزار Smart Pls استفاده شده است. آزمون فرضیه ها در این پژوهش نشان داد که انعطاف پذیری تراکنش فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب مسیر 0.741 بیشترین تاثیر بر روی انعطاف پذیری عملیات فناوری اطلاعات دارد و انعطاف پذیری تراکنش فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب مسیر 0.000 هیچ تاثیری بر روی عملکرد شرکت ندارد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد شرکت در زمینه مدیریت زنجیره تامین در بین کارکنان گروه هتل های هما تاثیر دارد.کلید واژه ها: انعطاف پذیری فناوری، عملکرد شرکت، مدیریت زنجیره تامین، هتل های هما
