اثربخشی آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر فرآیندهای خانواده ایرانی و بهزیستی روانی در زنان سرپرست خانوار

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر فرایند خانواده ایرانی و بهزیستی روانی زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر خرمشهر بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر خرمشهر در سال 1401 بود. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار بود که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش(15 نفر) و کنترل(15 نقر) جایگزین شدند. طرح پژوهش آزمایشی ازنوع پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی ریف (1989) و مقیاس خودگزارشی فرایندهای خانوادگی برای خانواده های ایرانی سامانی(1387) بود. مداخله برنامه آموزش مثبت اندیشی در طول 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد و گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. پس از اتمام برنامه آموزشی، پس آزمون برای دو گروه اجرا شد. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و یک متغیری، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد بین میانگینهای فرآیند خانواده دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (90/11F= و 05/0>P). همچنین بین میانگینهای بهزیستی روانی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (85/13F= و 05/0>P). بنابر این می توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر فرآیند خانواده و بهزیستی روانی زنان سرپرست خانوار اثربخش است و می توان برای ارتقاء فرایند خانواده ایرانی ، بهزیستی روانی و در پی آن توسعه فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی خانواده و جامعه بهره جست.
