اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودک بر استرس والدگری و رابطه والد-کودک مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودک بر استرس والدگری و رابطه والد-کودک مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی که به مراکز روان شناختی شهر اردبیل مراجعه کرده بود ند. از جامعه مذکور 30 نفر از مادران دارای کودک بیشفعال به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. طرح پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون –پس آزموزن و پیگیری بود. به منظور جمع-آوری دادهها از شاخص استرس والدگری- فرم کوتاه آبیدین (1983) و پرسشنامه رابطه والد-کودک پیانتا (1994) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودک را10 در جلسه 60 دقیقهای، هفته ای دوبار دریافت کردند؛ اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. پس از یک ماه ونیم مرحله پیگیری انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و تک متغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین نمرات گروههای آزمایش و کنترل در استرس والدگری و رابطه والد- کودک تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد و درمان مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودک بر کاهش استرس والدگری و ارتقاء رابطه والد-کودک مادران کودکان با اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی اثربخش بود. این نتیجه در مرحله پیگیری نیز تداوم داشت.
