اثربخشی آموزش برنامه کاربرد عملی مهارتهای رابطه صمیمانه بر سبکهای ارتباطی و ابرازگری هیجان زنان دارای نارضایتمندی زناشویی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش برنامه کاربرد عملی مهارتهای رابطه صمیمانه بر سبکهای ارتباطی و ابرازگری هیجان زنان دارای نارضایتمندی زناشویی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان متاهل دارای نارضایتی زناشویی میباشد که در سال 1399 به مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز مراجعه نمودند. در این پژوهش، 30 زن متأهل به شیوهی نمونهگیری هدفمند، انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از پرسشنامههای الگوهای ارتباطی کریستنس و سالاوی (1991)، شاخص رضایت زناشویی چونگ و هادسون (1982) و پرسشنامه ابرازگری هیجان کینگ و امونز (1990) برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش، بسته آموزشی را طی 9 جلسهی 120 دقیقهای دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل مداخلهای را دریافت نکرد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تکمتغیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد برنامه آموزش کاربرد عملی مهارتهای رابطه صمیمانه بر بهبود سبکهای ارتباطی و ابراز هیجان زنان دارای نارضایتمندی زناشویی اثربخش است.
