ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر 9 جلسه آموزش هوش معنوی بر رشد هوش معنوی و پرخاشگری مربیان زن والیبال شهر اصفهان بود. روش‌شناسی: روش این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی بود که به صورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق مربیان زن والیبال شهرستان اصفهان بود که تعداد 40 نفر از آنها به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش معنوی کینگ و پرسشنامه ی پرخاشگری (AQ) استفاده شد. پس از تأیید روایی صوری پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصین، پایایی سوالات از طریق روش آماری آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این ضریب برای پرسشنامه هوش معنوی 78/0 و برای پرسشنامه پرخاشگری 89/0 برآورد گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های این تحقیق از آزمون‌های کولموگروف – اسمیرنوف، لوین و تحلیل کواریانس و در سطح معنی‌داری p≤ 0/05 استفاده و نتایج با نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین میزان هوش معنوی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی بعد از آموزش هوش معنوی، و همچنین بین میزان پرخاشگری و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بعد از نه جلسه آموزش هوش معنوی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: هوش معنوی با آموزش رشد می‌کند و می‌تواند بر کاهش پرخاشگری مربیان زن والیبال تاثیر مثبت داشته باشد.
