نقش اشتیاق، رضایتمندی از نیازها و تضاد در ادراک تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکاران

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش اشتیاق، رضایتمندی از نیازها و تضاد در ادراک تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکاران بود.روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود که داده ها به صورت میدانی و از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را تمام بازیکنان والیبال 13 تا 17 سال شهر تهران تشکیل داد که تعداد آن ها 295 نفر بوده است که نمونۀ آماری به صورت تمار شمار انتخاب شد. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه های اشتیاق (والرند و همکاران، 2003)، رضایتمندی از نیازها در ورزش لوپز و والرند (2020)، تضاد والرند و همکاران (2010)، تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکار رادک و اسمیت (2001) استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اشتیاق سازگار بر تضاد در ورزشکاران تاثیر منفی معنادار دارد. در حالی که اشتیاق سازگار بر رضایت مندی از نیازها در ورزشکاران تاثیر مثبت معنادار دارد. هم چین، اشتیاق افراطی بر تضاد در ورزشکاران تاثیر مثبت معنادار دارد. در حالی که اشتیاق افراطی بر رضایت مندی از نیازها در ورزشکاران تاثیر منفی معنادار دارد. علاوه بر این، تضاد بر تحلیل رفتگی در ورزشکاران تاثیر مثبت معنادار دارد. رضایتمندی از نیازها بر تحلیل رفتگی در ورزشکاران تاثیر منفی معنادار دارد.نتیجهگیری: نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی باید به عنوان انرژی لازم برای کمک به درگیری فعال با محیط، پرورش مهارت ها و رشد سالم در نظر گرفته می شود؛ زیرا وقتی بازیکنان از حضور در تمرینات و مسابقات انرژی مثبت تر دریافت کنند و تمایل به تعاملات فعال تر در محیط های تمرینی و مسابقات داشته باشند در این حالت میزان تحلیل رفتگی آن ها کاهش می یابد.
