ارائه ی مدل پارادایمی راهکارهای توسعه ی اقتصاد ورزشی با رویکرد جامعه شناختی و رتبه بندی این راهکارها

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق مدل پارادایمی راهکارهای توسعه اقتصاد ورزشی بارویکرد جامعه شناختی و رتبه بندی این راهکارها بود. روش پژوهش آمیخته بود. جامعه ی آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان اقتصاد، مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت بازرگانی بود. در بخش کمی شامل فارغ التحصیلان کارشناسی ارشد و دکترای اقتصاد، مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت بازرگانی. بخش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه های عمیق با نمونه گیری گلوله برفی (11مصاحبه) راهکارها شناسایی و پس از اشباع نظری، مصاحبه ها متوقف شد. در بخش کمی یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه ها پس از کدگذاری در قالب پرسشنامه در مقیاس لیکرت، بین 130نفر از افراد طبقه ی مورد نظر توزیع و 104 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. روایی و پایایی بخش کیفی به روش های باز کدگذاری و بازبینی اعضا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز به تایید 12نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی و اقتصاد رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت(α=0/77). برای تحلیل مصاحبه ها از روش گراندد تئوری استفاده و منجر به شناسایی24کدانتخابی، 51کد محوری و 118 کدباز در 5مقوله ی شرایط علی، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردهای موثر و پیامدهای حاصل شناسایی شد و مدل پارادایمی براساس این کد گذاری ها انجام شد. و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(آزمون فریدمن) استفاده شد و راهکارها رتبه بندی Spss22در بخش کمی برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار شدند. بدین ترتیب نخستین رتبه عامل تحول در درآمدزایی باشگاهها و پایین ترین رتبه عامل توسعه ی تحقیقات و پژوهش ها شناخته شد.
