ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: تریپانوزوموز ناشی از Trypanosoma evansi موجب عفونت در پستانداران اهلی و هم چنین انسان می گردد. درمان تریپانوزوموز دارای محدودیت هایی از جمله مقاومت به دارو های شیمیایی می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه اثرات عصاره های هیدرو الکلی دانه های چریش و زیتون تلخ در برابر عامل مقاوم این بیماری در کبد موش های آلوده به Trypanosoma evansi است.روش کار: پـس از جمـع آوری و شناسـایی گیاهـان چریش و زیتون تلخ، بـه روش پرکوله از دانه های آن ها عصاره هیدروالکلی تهیه و پس از تغلیظ 100 تا 500 میلی گرم بر کیلو گرم وزن موش به صورت صفاقی به موش های صحرایی نر آلوده شده با 107×3 Trypanosoma evansi به مدت 60 روز تزریق گردید. برای تعیین تعداد پارازیت از روش روتین استفاده شد. آزمایشات آسیب شناسی بافتی کبد بعد از رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلن وائوزین انجام و ارزیابی آماری با استفاده از آزمون های آنالیز واریانس ANOVAو با استفاده از نرم افزار Prism انجام گرفت و حد خطای05/0 p< به عنوان اختلاف معنی دار پذیرفته شد.یافتهها: عصاره دانه چریش و زیتون تلخ هر دو موجب کاهش تعداد انگل شده ودر مقایسه بین دو عصاره میزان اثر کاهشی زیتون تلخ نسبت به چریش بیشتر بوده است(05/0 p< ). تغییرات احتقان، انحطاط چربی، واکوئولار انحطاط، نکروز و نفوذ سلولی در کبد گروه کنترل مثبت نسبت به گروه های تیمار شده بیشتر بود.نتیجه گیری: استفاده از عصاره های هیدرو الکلی دانه های چریش و زیتون تلخ در مقدار معین داروی گیاهی موثر در بیماری تریپانوزوموز(سوررا) می شود.
