بررسی اثر ضد میکروبی و التیام بخشی عصاره های گزنه، خرفه و پولک بر روی عفونت سوختگی ناشی از استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس در موش

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس عامل ایجاد عفونت های بیمارستانی و بیماری های عفونی است. گیاهان گزنه، خرفه و پولک دارای خاصیت ضد میکروبی بوده و در این پژوهش اثر التیام بخشی و ضد میکروبی عصاره های گیاهان به همراه سیلور سولفادیازین روی عفونت سوختگی ناشی از استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس در موش بررسی گردید.مواد و روش ها : پس از جمع آوری و شناسایی گیاهان، میزان MIC و MBC عصاره های اتانولی و استونی گیاهان با روش رقت در محیط کشت مولر هینتون براث تعیین شد. پس از ایجاد سوختگی درجه 2 در موش ها برای عفونی کردن زخم، از تلقیح محلول باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس با غلظت (CFU/ml105 × 5) انجام و سپس پماد های تهیه شده با غلظت MBC از عصاره های گیاهان به ازای 1 گرم سیلور سولفادیازین، بعد از 24 ساعت برای درمان استفاده گردید.نتایج: بررسی انجام شده روی موش ها مشخص نمود که عصاره اتانولی گزنه و عصاره های استونی گزنه و خرفه دارای بیشترین فعالیت ضد میکروبی بوده ولی در زخم سوختگی درمان یافته با عصاره اتانولی و استونی پولک خون ریزی و سرعت کند التیام ملاحظه شد.نتیجه گیری: عصاره اتانولی گزنه و عصاره های استونی گزنه و خرفه اثر ضد میکروبی و خاصیت التیام بخشی بر عفونت سوختگی دارند. در این میان عصاره های اتانولی و استونی گزنه اثرگذاری بیشتری نسبت به عصاره های استونی گیاه خرفه داشته که می توان به عنوان دارو یا پماد سوختگی ضد میکروبی استفاده کرد.
