هدف این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر سبک‌های اسنادی و خطاهای شناختی بر تمایل به خودکشی در بین جوانان تحصیلکرده 20 تا 35 ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز سلامت روان تکاب بود. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه جوانان تحصیلکرده (از دیپلم تا فوق لیسانس) در دامنه سنی 20 تا 35 سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز سلامت روان شبکه بهداشت شهر تکاب بود که در طرح غربالگری سال 1399 شرکت کرده بودند. با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه گیری کوکران تعداد 255 مورد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده پرسش‌نامه‌های خطاهای شناختی Migooni (2001)، سبک های اسنادی Seligman et al (1983) و مقیاس تمایل به خودکشی Orbach(1991) جمع آوری شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیات در سطح (05/0(p< به روش رگرسیون نشان داد که سبک های اسنادی و خطاهای شناختی به ترتیب 163/. و 348/. از واریانس تمایل به خودکشی در جوانان مراجعه کننده به مراکز سلامت روان شبکه بهداشت شهر تکاب را تبیین می‌کنند.
