پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی و روحیۀ رقابت- همکاری با استفاده از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در بازاریان شهر همدان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی و روحیۀ رقابت- همکاری با استفاده از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در بازاریان شهر همدان بود. طرح پژوهش رابطه‌ای از نوع همبستگی و جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ بازاریان شهر همدان (اعم از مرد و زن) بود که از بین آن‌ها 212 نفر به صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های شخصیت نوع A و B (Jenkins, 1971)، روحیۀ همکاری- رقابت (Martin, 1976)، و SF36 (War and Sherborne, 1992) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی A و B با کیفیت زندگی و روحیۀ رقابت- همکاری بازاریان شهر همدان رابطه دارد (05/0 > P). همچنین کیفیت زندگی و روحیۀ رقابت- همکاری بازاریان شهر همدان با استفاده از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی A و B، قابل پیش‌بینی است.
