پیش¬بینی کفایت اجتماعی بر اساس علائم مثبت و منفی با توجه به نقش میانجی کارکردهای اجرایی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی

ملخص المقالة :

هدف این پژوهش پیش¬بینی کفایت اجتماعی براساس علائم مثبت و منفی با توجه به نقش میانجی کارکردهای اجرایی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بستری در بیمارستان¬های مُدرّس و فارابی شهر اصفهان که در زمان پژوهش، از اسفند 1400 تا مرداد 1401 که در مرحله حادّ بیماری قرار نداشتند، بود. نمونه شامل تعداد 129 بیمار شامل 66 زن و 63 مرد براساس ملاک-های ورود به پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. در پژوهش از پرسشنامه کفایت اجتماعی (Felner,1990)، پرسشنامه کارکردهای اجرایی (Nejati, 2013) مقیاس سنجش علائم مثبت و منفی (Andreasen,1984) استفاده شد. آزمون فرضیه¬ها به روش¬های معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد مدلِ پیش¬بینی کفایت اجتماعی براساس علائم مثبت و منفی اسکیزوفرنی با نقش میانجیگری عملکردهای اجرایی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و عملکردهای اجرایی می¬تواند نقش میانجیگری را در تأثیر بین متغیرهای علائم منفی و کفایت اجتماعی ایفا نماید(05/0P<). نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد علام منفی، تأثیر منفی و معنادار بر کفایت اجتماعی(01/0P<)، علائم منفی، تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر عملکردهای اجرایی(01/0P<) و عملکردهای اجرایی، تأثیر منفی و معنادار بر کفایت اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی دارد (05/0P<).
